We measure 19 different parameters 100 times per second, which results in about 10 million data points for a player for an average training. Our largest challenge (and focus) is to translate all this data into useful information for our users. We focus on actionable insights, to make the step towards the practical world (training field) as small as possible.
We have achieved to translate our measured data into practical actionable insights (information). So, our users do not need to go digging into the data themselves, but we perform this for them. Based on the latest insights from sports and data science we perform intelligent detections in our database which lead to practical insights and recommendations. We especially focus on practical insights so that our users can immediately put them into action. Examples of our intelligent modules:
At the moment the thresholds for our injury risk detections are generic. We are aiming to individualise these thresholds over time as we gather more and more data. Also, this information can be used to set the training goals for each individual, because the know the optimum training load based on historical data is known.
When we gather more data out benchmarks become more diverse and more accurate over time.
This is very interesting for our clients, because more accurate benchmarks can be chosen to serve as comparison or goal for certain players.
